If you have a water garden or Koi pond - joining a club can be a great resource tool for those never-ending questions regarding water quality, fish health, and plant care.
Even if you are unable to attend meetings, most of the clubs have excellent newsletters that are full of beneficial information. Some of them even have great libraries full of books and videos that are available to club members. Just about every club has members out of their geographical area, so feel free to join a club no matter where the club is and where you are!
At Water Garden Gems we wanted to include information on the various clubs in our great state. If you are in Texas, and your club is not listed, we will be happy to add your site if you send us an e-mail.
- When you click on a logo, that club's web site will open in a new window.
- To return to Water Garden Gems, simply close down the new window.
- All clubs are listed alphabetically.
- Descriptions are provided by the club.

The purpose of the Lone Star ZNA Koi Club is to promote the hobby of koi keeping, and appreciating by engaging in educational and social activities that promote the spread of information related to the betterment of this purpose. All levels of koi hobbyists, including those that don't even have a pond, are welcome. We usually meeting the third Sunday afternoon of the month. This may be at members' homes in the Houston area. However, we have had day long seminars at hotels or at Mercer Arboretum, and do have trips planned to koi farms in the area. Lectures or other educational activities are part of each meeting.
